This is a course blog for Techniques of Creative Nonfiction, the Fall 2014 session.
Course Title: Eng 2230: Techniques of Creative Non-Fiction
This class will address the craft issues that must be studied and applied in order to write successful creative non-fiction: structure, voice, scene, character, setting, interpretation and narrative distance, research, fact and truth. Craft will be examined through the required readings, in-class writing assignments and several major assignments that are outlined in the course syllabus.
